There's nothing quite like hiking in the mountains!

When I'm not doing sports, I simply love to get out in nature. 

Whether it's walking, sitting, or even simply just laying in the grass - nothing makes me feel better physically and mentally!

If you are feeling low, why not try getting outside!?
After a 8-10 hour workday, sometimes the last thing I feel like doing is going outside! I am often so tired that I just want to have something to eat and rest. 
But every time I force myself to go for a little jog or walk in nature, I come back feeling energized and refreshed. 100% of the time!

Why not give it a try!

Nature is the best healer :-)
