とても良かったです～♪先生の説明がとても分かりやすかったので、初めてのチベット体操もとても楽しく出来ました。先生は見本をみせて頂きながら、私の動きもチェックし、肩の位置や力の使い方などを丁寧に教えてくださいました。とても楽しくよい運動が出来ました。
映画好きな講師と、お好みの１本の映画を選び、その中で使われている英語を とことん掘り下げて学習できるクラスです。その映画をより深く理解できます。
