Hi! I'm Annemie, 32 years old, dynamic and enthusiastic.

I speak Dutch, English, Spanish and French! 

About me
At the moment I'm living in France. Before that I've lived in Valencia, Peru, Stockholm, ....  I spent 3 months in the bush in Botswana, taking care of two children, I went to India with my best friend, I hiked through South-America, worked with orphans in Kenya ... I just love travelling and I love (learning new) languages! 

In my free time I like to go outdoors for a good hike, go out cycling or running. Nature is where I feel at ease!

Teaching background & style 
In May last year I did the CELTA-course and I've been teaching English ever since. I’ve taught children and adults of all ages and levels. I have experience in teaching groups, as well as one to one lessons. In my classes I always prefer to give students a lot of talking time and I provide material for students to work with. 

For me, the most rewarding moment in teaching is when you notice that your students are picking up on things that you've taught them: using some phrasal verbs, using the correct tense, ... That makes me so happy! 

I believe in the digitalization, as I’ve lived in different countries myself. Through online teaching you can improve your English, while having the flexibility of a self-taught, but still getting the support you need from a real teacher.
