I am Elise, a friendly TEFL Certafied English teacher from the U.S.A. who has successfully taught over 400+ students!

I am very passionate about helping my students advance their English!

On our first lesson, I would love to learn all about you and your English language goals! I will create curated lessons that blend high quality education with your personal interest! That way our classes can feel more natural and fun.

I love traveling and am currently backpacking in SE Asia! In three weeks, I will go back to Europe and settle down in Italy. I have been to various cities across Europe, Asia, North America and Oceania. If you want to talk about traveling or have any questions, I am always one call away.

You can also find me spending my days writing short stories, hiking, cooking, watching films, or hanging out with friends. My favorite color is green and my favorite animal is the fruit bat, they're so cute! I grew up in a big family in the Southern part of the United States. If you have any questions about what it is like living in America or about American culture, please ask!

As for my career, I think it is really rewarding being a teacher. English is the most widley spoken language in the world, so as a native speaker I am in the perfect position to help others advance their language abilities. I get to help my students get their dream job, go to school abroad, make foreign friends or simply watch television without subtitles!
