Hello! My name is Vanessa and I am an English language tutor.
Self introduction
I graduated with a degree in Media and society studies from the Midlands State university and I am currently pursuing my Masters in International Relations. I have a certificate in Digital Marketing from Google Digital Skills for Africa and a Teach English as Foreign Language certificate. I have been teaching English for 3 years.
About my lessons
My teaching style is simple and casual. I focus on grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation of words. I am especially good with conversational and business English. My lessons are ideal for someone who wants to improve their conversational skills, or if you are interested in learning business English or preparing for an interview. In these lessons, we can talk about anything that can help you with your English speaking. It can be culture, sport, entertainment, world news etc.
Interests
I love learning about other people's culture, history and food. That is why I began teaching. I also enjoy playing tennis. I have been playing since I was 8 and my current favorite is Novak Djokovic.
