Hello!

My name is Alin. I am originally from Romania, but I have been living in the UK for more than 6 years, while attending university and working. I speak English with a British accent, clear and easy to understand. When it comes to conversation, I am quite knowledgeable about Asian(especially Japanese) economical and political current topics like Abenomics, nuclear energy, TPP and the AIIB.

I have a degree in Market Research, as well as having completed Business School. I have also worked as a Department Manager in an international company dealing with corporate services.

Two years ago I have returned to Romania, and have started teaching Business English online. I feel like this is a great opportunity for both the student and myself. I can share my experience working in a corporate environment, as well as having conducted in excess of 200 job interviews. I have also sat a number of standardized exams, and have aided as both a tutor and online teacher in preparation of the TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, SAT, and Eiken(step 1).

I can make use of Hiragana characters to explain pronunciations of difficult words. (example: pronunciation ぷろのんしえいしおん）, and find it very easy to explain even the most difficult vocabulary issues you might have!

My favorite discussion topics are: International Business, World Politics, Science and Technology, and Medicine. However, I don't mind discussing any topic you may choose.
