Hi! Born in England and raised bilingual (learning English at school and Portuguese at home), I developed a passion for language learning.

I have been teaching for over 6 years. I specialize in teaching private lessons where I can focus on the students' specific needs and help that student reach the next level in their language ability. 

I believe that practising your speaking is the best way to improve. It helps you to become more confident, fluent and memorize more useful vocabulary. I like to encourage students to speak about a topic they enjoy talking about so I can help make them speak more naturally and sound more like a native speaker.

Losing the fear of making mistakes and being shy when speaking in another language are the two most common problems that can hold you back. I work very hard to make any student feel comfortable and at ease during my classes.
