Hello :) My name is Lisa and I am an English teacher from Ireland living in Bali, Indonesia. I have been teaching for five years and started my career by helping local children in orphanages around the island to improve their English skills. I absolutely love meeting new people and learning about different cultures from around the world which is another reason why I chose to teach online so I am very excited to speak with you.
Some of my other hobbies and interests include walking my dog, his name is Chico and he loves the beach as much as I do. I enjoy exercising and going to the gym regularly, I adore trying new foods and experimenting in the kitchen. During my free time I like to go exploring and discovering new places with breathtaking views and unforgettable sceneries.
When teaching, I like to make learning fun and relaxed as I understand it can be daunting learning a new language. I always encourage my student's to speak as much as possible and share their own experiences and interests. I am looking forward to getting to know you and speaking English together :)
