Activities to be Conducted in the Lesson:

① Reading Aloud and Shadowing Practice Using NHK Easy News

Preparation (Learner)
Learners will practice reading aloud (multiple times until they can read fluently) and shadowing the assigned news articles, as well as understanding their meaning beforehand.

In-Class Activities
・Reading aloud by learners: Corrections will be made if necessary for pronunciation and accent.
・Checking comprehension of the article content through questions from the instructor.

② Conversation in QA Format
Conducting conversations based on the QA and discussion topics provided in advance by the instructor.

Preparation (Learner)
Learners will prepare responses to the QA and discussion topics provided in advance by the instructor.

In-Class Activities
Conversations based on the previously provided QA and discussion topics.
・Icebreakers (Assuming the learners’ prior preparation, the questions will be almost the same each time.)
・Free Conversation Based on QA
The instructor will use prepared Q&A to initiate conversations and will adjust the difficulty of the content according to the learners' responses.

This class is conducted as a single session, but to achieve significant results, it is necessary to continue attending for more than three months.
