新年最初の日、先生が私の新年の目標を聞いてくれました！もちろん、韓国語を上手に話せるようになることです～でも私の目標は毎日勉強すること。語学学習で一番大事なのはやっぱり継続ですよね。新しい一年も先生と一緒に頑張りたいと思います！
On the first day of the new year, my teacher asked about my New Year’s resolution. Of course, it’s to improve my Korean! But my goal is to study every day because consistency is the key to language learning. I hope to work hard together with my teacher in this new year!
새해 첫날, 선생님께서 제 새해 목표를 물어보셨어요! 물론, 한국어를 잘하는 거죠~ 하지만 제 목표는 매일 공부하는 거예요. 언어 공부에서 가장 중요한 건 꾸준함이니까요. 새로운 한 해도 선생님과 함께 열심히 하고 싶어요! -

今年のビデオ授業も無事に終わりました。ビデオ授業は本当に素晴らしいです。なぜなら、文の意味がとても分かりやすく、自然な韓国語表現も学べるからです。先生はとても励ましてくれます。少しだけ理解できたとしても、先生は喜んで拍手してくれます。先生は文法をまとめて、それをもとに会話を練習します。印象がとても強いので、次の授業のときに前回学んだ内容をすぐに思い出すことができます。私は初級レベルですが、ビデオ授業をとても楽しむことができました。これもケリー先生のおかげです。
This year’s video lessons have also ended successfully. Video lessons are truly wonderful because it’s very easy to understand the meaning of sentences and learn natural Korean expressions. The teacher is very encouraging. Even if I only understand a little, the teacher happily claps. The teacher summarizes the grammar, and we practice conversations based on it. Because the impression is so strong, I can quickly recall what I learned last time when I attend the next lesson. Although I am at a beginner level, I was able to enjoy the video lessons a lot, all thanks to Teacher Kelly.
올해의 영상 수업도 순조롭게 끝났습니다. 영상 수업은 정말 좋습니다. 문장의 의미를 쉽게 이해할 수 있고, 자연스러운 한국어 표현도 배울 수 있기 때문입니다. 선생님께서는 정말 격려를 잘 해주십니다. 조금만 이해해도 선생님은 기쁘게 박수를 쳐주십니다. 선생님은 문법을 정리해 주시고, 그 문법에 따라 대화를 연습합니다. 인상이 깊어서 다음 수업 때 지난번에 배운 내용을 바로 떠올릴 수 있습니다. 저는 초급 수준이지만, 영상 수업을 정말 즐겁게 들을 수 있었습니다. 모두 켈리 선생님 덕분입니다.

絵本を通して勉強することは、とても良い学習方法だと思います。
今年、先生と一緒に27冊の本を学びました。授業前に少し復習して、授業後にも復習しましたが、それ以降は復習していませんでした。
でも、絵本はとても面白いので、簡単に覚えられます。それに、一番大切なのは先生の解説がとても体系的で、理解しやすかったことです。
今日は一緒に復習をして、自分がこんなに多く覚えていることに驚きました！
本当に先生の努力に感謝しています。一緒に勉強するのが本当に楽しいです！
私の新年の願いは、2025年にもっとたくさんの韓国語の本を読むことです。いつか韓国語の小説を読めるようになりたいです。
韓国ドラマも見ないし、韓国の音楽も聴きませんが、先生と話すのが好きです。
AIは先生の役割を永遠に代わることができないと思います。AIには感情がありませんから。

I think learning through picture books is a great way to study.
This year, I studied 27 books with my teacher. Before each lesson, I reviewed a bit, and after the lesson, I reviewed again, but I didn’t review beyond that.
However, because the picture books are so interesting, it’s easy to remember them. And most importantly, the teacher’s explanations are very systematic, which made them easy to understand.
Today, we reviewed together, and I was surprised at how much I could remember!
I’m truly grateful for my teacher’s efforts—it’s so much fun to learn together!
My New Year’s wish for 2025 is to read more Korean books. I hope that one day, I’ll be able to read Korean novels.
I don’t watch Korean dramas or listen to Korean music, but I enjoy talking with my teacher.
I believe AI can never replace the role of a teacher because AI doesn’t have emotions.
Thank you so much for always accompanying me in my studies.

I had a great time learning today. The content prepared by the teacher was perfectly suited to my level—not too difficult and not too easy. Today, I learned V + 아/어 주다, and I think it’s a very useful and important expression in Korean. Kelly teacher always helps me understand the most important grammar points in the picture book and guides me to start practicing making sentences. I think this approach is very helpful for improving both my grammar and vocabulary.감사합니다~~~

저는 다른 선생님들과도 화상 수업을 해봤지만, Kelly 선생님의 수업은 제 수준에 딱 맞아요. 한 문장에서 대략 절반 정도는 이해할 수 있고, 이해하지 못하는 단어나 문법은 선생님께서 표시해 주셔요. 정말 전문적이라고 느껴져요. 수업이 끝난 후, 저는 이 영상을 반복해서 보고, 영어 번역을 참고하며 그것을 한국어로 번역해요. 처음에는 느릴 수도 있지만, 분명히 발전할 거라고 믿어요. 정말 재미있는 수업이에요.
I have attended video lessons with other teachers, but Kelly’s lessons perfectly match my level. I can understand about half of the sentences, and for the words and grammar I don’t know, she marks them for me. I find her very professional. After class, I can review the video repeatedly and translate it into Korean with the help of the English subtitles. Although it’s slow at first, I believe I will improve. It’s a very interesting class.
私は他の先生とのビデオ授業も受けたことがありますが、Kelly先生の授業は私のレベルにぴったりです。1文の中でだいたい半分は理解でき、分からない単語や文法は先生がマークしてくれます。とてもプロ！だと感じます。授業が終わった後、このビデオを繰り返し見て、英語の翻訳を参考にしながら韓国語に翻訳します。最初は少し時間がかかるかもしれませんが、必ず上達すると信じています。本当に楽しい授業です。

私はこの前勉強した内容が難しくなかったので単語だけでなく文章も復習しました。私は20回ほど繰り返して読んで、今日先生と復習しながら文章を思い出すことができました。驚いたことに、先生もその文章を覚えています！とても楽しい授業でした！！多くの内容を学ぶことができます。
The last time I studied, it was not too difficult, so I reviewed not only the words but also the sentences. The lessons are very interesting. I love reading, but my Korean level isn’t very good yet. I thought I wouldn’t be able to read, but with the teacher’s materials, I found that I can read better and better, and the texts are getting longer and longer. I learn a lot of vocabulary and important grammar every time. It’s just 30 minutes, but I gain so much. Highly recommended!!

Kelly’s pronunciation is very pleasant, and today we read a picture book together. She carefully checked my pronunciation and explained the meaning of sentences while reading. The 30 minutes passed by in no time! Some people may think pronunciation is not that important, but I believe it is crucial because I want to speak beautiful Korean.
