その番組では、いくつかのジャンルの芸術作品や俳句を参加者が作り、各ジャンルの専門家が評価して順位を競います。
芸術作品のジャンルは、水彩画、色鉛筆画、スプレーアートがよくとりあげられています。時々服のリメイクやバナナの皮に絵を描くというものも放送されます。
私が一番好きなコーナーは俳句です。
ここでは俳句の先生が参加者の作品を添削し解説します。
添削された俳句の描く情景がいつも素晴らしくて、日本人ならではの感覚に満ちていると私は思います。私はよく「あぁーその感覚ってわかるなぁ」と独り言を言っています。
私は詩集や歌集を読むのが好きなので、いつか俳句集も読んでみたいと思うようになりました。

Lately, I have not been watching so many TV programmes, but there is only one I have been watching once a week. It is a programme called Purebato, the variety show.
In the show, the participants make artwork or haiku in some genres. After that, a professional in each genre evaluates their works.
Works in the art genres, like watercolours and coloured pencil drawings and spray paint art, mainly appear in the show. Sometimes, there are also segments of clothing makeovers and drawings on a banana peel on the show.
My favourite in the show is the haiku segment.
A haiku specialist corrects the participants' works and explains the corrections.
The scenes described in the corrected haiku sound beautiful to me every time, and I feel like they would be full of the unique sense of Japanese people. I often say to myself, "Aha, I could understand what it means".
I like reading Japanese poetry and anthologies of short poems, and I started to feel like reading issues of haiku sometime too.
