What is the strangest food you've ever eaten?

In the Philippines, there are many strange foods, but the most unique food I've ever had - and liked - is balut! According to Wikipedia, balut/balot is a Filipino term for a fertilized developing egg embryo that is boiled and eaten from the shell. After cracking it's shell, you slurp the soup and you can eat the egg with either salt or vinegar.
