The picture is of a project I did for a school wall sometime ago, I expanded on a topic from the first term, "Hello in Different Languages". Representative nations from each continent showed children from these countries in their traditional costume greeting in their native tongue. Their interest piqued, students would pass by the wall and read "konnichiwa" in another form and observe their counterpart from another place. I thought the pictures served well in bridging a connection, as children learn cultures different and similar to theirs. One world!
