Hello Everyone!
Okay, so today for some interesting videos for your summer vacation enjoyment at home, I have two very opposite videos. One is actually not a 'video' at all, but rather a music list hosted on Youtube.
I enjoy Handpan (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Handpan) music and find that it's great for studying or writing or relaxing before bed, so I thought I would share some with you. Here is a long playlist. There are no words, so it's for everyone! This is a great style of music to listen to while you're studying English~ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=op1wkW_Nieo
The next video is a news report that explores the language of our current president, Donald Trump. Do you want to know what his speech style and word choices say about him? Do you want to know whether this is a normal way of speaking in the US by an important person? Then watch this video and find out what his word choices indicate about Donald Trump. This is definitely for upper-level students, and I would recommend turning on the English subtitles while watching this video. Luckily the interviewer and interviewee don't speak especially fast so upper-intermediate level students should be able to follow the speed, but the vocabulary might be a little difficult at first. Give it a try and see how much you understand! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phsU1vVHOQI
Enjoy the videos and have a great day~
